As I walk or run to work I listen to podcasts to catch up on what's happening in the world and try as best I can to keep up with the ever changing world around us.
I do NOT listen to anything when I ride, as with the headphones on I can't hear cars or anything else I should be avoiding and it tends to distract me plus I've seen to many accidents and near misses by cyclists to risk it. If you can't hear it coming up behind you it may just run you down !
